The years have passed, so quick they fly.
Some I loved have said goodbye..
Alone I sit; no longer cry
Because of my sweet memories.

Sometimes In our haste to “get on with it” We turn two pages at a time.
If they’re tightly stuck together and we are really in a hurry.We rush on-Continuing the story

I have been writing poetry for many years. It is not in the tradition of Longfellow or Frost, but a sort of free the way I feel at the time. Just a piling on of words.
